Assigning Limited TC to specific agents

Currently when an account is set up for a Limited TC, they have access to see every transaction for any agent with TC Access selected Yes. There should be an option to assign the LTC to a specific agent to work on their behalf. This would alleviate any privacy concerns. Just like assigned the LTC to an office, they would be assigned to an agent. Can this feature be implemented?

Hi Ryan,

I don't see any privacy concerns with a limited TC having access to past files of an agent if they can specifically assigned to the agent and only see their transactions. In our brokerage, the LTC position is assigned to assistants of agents, so being able to see past sales or transactions started by the agent would be helpful.

I would also suggest allowing the LTC to be able to be assigned to multiple agents, just like they can be assigned to multiple offices, so they can easily manage a team of agents.

This feature becomes increasingly important as our brokerage grows and more teams are formed and assistants are hired.

Thank you!

Agent

Hi Casey,

Ryan with the Product Team here at SkySlope!

The feature here makes a lot of sense. The way the Limited TC works is that the TC must be the creator of the file in order to have access. So, from a privacy perspective, there shouldn't be anything accessible by the TC even though they choose to create a file for that agent if they'd like to.

Where we mostly see this come into play is when agents kick off a file and then request for TC assistance afterwards.

Since a TC cannot see an agent's file, unless they themselves created it on behalf of the agent, do you have any other privacy concerns in mind? Let me know your thoughts on this!
