Suggestion, it would be a time saver to have a "SAVE" button at the bottom of each page for when you make changes rather than "NEXT". If I am closing out a file, I make minor changes to the transaction page, price etc, then I have to hit next to record it and then go back to the "ESCROW NOW CLOSED" button. On a side note, the "ESCROW NOW CLOSED" button should be at the top next to the 'CANCEL TRANSACTION" button.
