RequesterAllow Agents to assign temporary access to their file(s) to an Agent who is backing them up when they are out of town or sick.

You can have your agents provide temporary access by having them add the agent that is covering for them as a co-agent to the file. The co-agent feature will share the entire file with that agent. Once the agent returns from vacation, they can remove them from the co-agent field which will unshare the file. This is the best way to give temporary access to their property file.
