Ability to share "Task Lists" with people on your team and EVERYONE can edit them

We have multiple admins on our team and we want to share Task Lists and also have everyone have the ability to edit them if we need to add/changes things.

Struggling with this myself. The only way for my assistant to see the task list is if she imports the task template herself which creates duplicates for everything. She is my TC and also listed at co-agent on every listing and transaction I have....she should see what I see and receive what receive.
