My team and I would love it if ya'll could make the multiple review stages actually useful. Right now you can say which stage they are in but if the admin marks a document complete or accepts it, then it is accepted across the board. It would be super helpful if the 1st stage could accept a document and trigger the 2nd stage to look at it. Such as the admin taking the first look and then accepting it, once the admin accepts it, then it would be passed on to the broker who would do the final acceptance.

Scenario 2 is what I was thinking. I am the admin for my team and would be doing a prelim review on the documents to make sure there isn't anything missing. Once I have the file marked as complete. Then it should be passed along to my broker to do the final check fo compliance and legality reasons. This would help as to lighten to load for my broker so he doesn't have to see the minuscule things missing like signatures or dates. I can find those items first then if something is wrong with the more in-depth things then he can take that up with the agent. This would streamline our review process for sure.

Thanks for taking the time to provide this request. I have some questions to better understand.
Scenario 1: Do you want to mark the stage 1 on a file that automatically accepts each document attached to the checklist? Do you want stage 2 to allow the admin to review those accepted documents? Would Stage 3 notify the broker to review these files? OR Scenario 2: Would you review the property file and once the checklist items were accepted, mark that file as Stage 1 Complete which would then trigger Stage 2 for the broker to review?
It sounds like the need stages notifications would help relieve this pain point, is that correct? Does an admin review the files first then hand them off to the broker? Are there other steps involved in this reviewing process that stages could help with?
