Allow agent the ability to add a few placeholders for specific items that may be unique to how they do business. Such as a placeholder for Escrow Terms or other unique items used by the agent or team. This way the Misc. placeholders can remain and the agent doesn't run out of those titled placeholders.

Also, would be helpful to search the Documents Tab by word, a word search in the Documents Tab.

Hey Debbie,

Are you referring to the ability to add custom checklist items to your specific property file? Or contacts? Or a field on the transaction tab itself?
What information do you constantly need to be added to your file by your broker/admin or SkySlope Support?
What workaround do you currently do in these situations? Do you reach out to your admin or SkySlope Support?

The search feature makes 100% sense, and we will monitor this forum post for yes/up-votes on this topic.
