I big reason we chose to switch to SkySlope as our digital file system was that the task dates automatically synced with calendar platforms. Now the feature is that you have to download the task list daily and import into your calendar. The agents aren't going to have time to do this daily and our TCs have too many files to manage to do this for the agent. That makes this feature completely obsolete, it would be faster to just manually add them to the calendar.
Please bring back the auto-sync feature for tasks and reminders.
