RequesterI agree with Casey's suggestion. We would love the option to fully delete a "Test" transaction when training a new agent or with the accidental multiple entry. OR at least the option to hide it from the agent's transaction list.

There are many times that agents will accidentally add a transaction or listing multiple times, or when we add a training example file. It would be extremely helpful, as the owner of the account, or an admin to be able to delete a file. When deleting a document, you have to give a reason as to why you are deleting the document, you could have to do the same when delete a full transaction/listing.

Deletion of data from SkySlope is something we take very seriously! We offer many features to hide/remove data so its not in your way, but prevent deletion to avoid any accidents and to ensure you have the utmost confidence in SkySlope as your compliance system.
If you'd like, please let us know more about what you're hoping to achieve with deletion e.g. documents uploaded by mistake, or users with misspelling names, etc. and I'm sure we can find a solution to keep things moving.
