We have agents that create their own templates to use as a buyer/seller checklist. They will import the template so then they have all of their tasks showing and they can check them off as they move thru the process. However, our staff has a template that we upload as well with our tasks that we do when files close. So when the agent and our staff have both of their templates loaded in, we have a mix of the two together. It would be awesome if we could keep those separate. So they agent could see their stuff, and the staff or whoever else could see theirs. Our concern is the staff clicking a task that was the agent's personal one, or the agent clicking one of ours.
