Hello, I would like to see the system updated to include reminder notifications to agents by TEXT. Please replace email with text, busy agents overlook their emails sometimes for days. Expand on transaction information to include important dates that automatically text remind agents, (templates don't work and add additional processing by our admins) these changes would be POWERFUL and really make everyone more efficient and professional.
