It is such a time consuming endeavor to set up and new buyer file every time we write and offer on a property. Many times it can take 3-5 offers to get a property, that is 2-4 extra times I am entering the buyer information to upload another offer.
There needs to be a way to set up a file (ie. like the listing is set up), so the buyer file can be a one time "master" set up. And offers can be rejected, or expired, or cancelled (repairs etc). And another offer can be uploaded after the exp/reject/cancel.
Like a listing being cancelled/etc, my buyer "went back on the market". I'm guessing the coding could be the same as a listing, just on the buyer side. We don't need to reenter a listing when a sale fails, we shouldn't have to do that when a buyer "sale fails".
Looking forward to hearing how/when this can happen.

Hey Greta,
As we work to launch SkySlope Forms we want to include this type of feature there, where it's quick to write multiple offers for one client. SkySlope Forms would be the paperwork step before the transaction file under the Manage Transaction page. So you can move as quickly as your offers do and not get slowed down by creating multiple transaction files. We have been working to develop SkySlope Forms to solve the problem you are stating and are always looking at how we can further improve. Let us know if you would like to be involved in beta testing!
