When you click to split a document and the box pops up. To assign the pages in the New Document box, you have to memorize what it is called in the checklist and start typing. For example, in our checklist, the listing agreement is actually listed as "Exclusive right to sell". I don't always remember that because I always refer to it as the listing agreement. So I start to type "Listing..." and it doesn't show the option I need. I then have to click out, go the the checklist, and see what it's called. Then go back into the documents, split and type it in.
The split feature box needs to be just like the "Assign" box in documents, where you can click the little down arrow and select from the available options, rather than trying to memorize the name of every titled document in the checklist.
