RequesterI leased a home, leased date was 5/22/2020. Created transaction and uploaded all documents which have been reviewed and the status says 'expired'. Shouldn't it say 'completed' or 'closed'. Did I enter something wrong? What are all the statuses a transaction may display?

AgentHey Cathy,
Transaction files will have an Expired status if today's date falls after the date entered for the Closing Date. The status is a quick way for your office admins to see that they need to review your file and close it for you once it's reviewed.
I have linked a support article that runs through all of the statuses in SkySlope for both transactions and listings to help clear this up for you.

PROPERTY FILE STATUSES
If you have any questions after reading it, our rockstar Support team can help clarify this for any file. Just email them at [email protected]!
I hope this helps,
Jessey, SkySlope Product Manager
