comments timestamp needs to display the correct time zone

The timestamp on the comments beside documents shows only in Pacific time.  The timestamp should display the correct time zone for the user.  Very confusing when there is a 3 hour difference and it doesn't specify what time zone was used.

As a broker, you can edit the time zone preferences for any office by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to 'Admin'
  2. Navigate to 'Manage Offices'
  3. Select an office
  4. Choose a time zone from the 'Time Zone' dropdown

Agents can also edit their time zone preferences by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to 'My Account'
  2. Navigate to 'Personal Information'
  3. Choose a time zone from the 'Time Zone' dropdown
