Add functionality in Task/Reminder templates to include a form field in the subject line of a reminder email so that it will add a name or other field from a listing/transaction? Such as : " <last_name> Earnest Money Due. "
Problem:
When I import a template for tasks/reminders I still have to interactively add the client's name in the subject line on each task. The email body does have the address, and that helps, but addresses such as 108 196th St vs. 180 169th St. are easily confused when there are multiple transactions sending email reminders. Just seems like adding a name helps it stay clear when getting the email reminders.
