Individual doc approval within tab

I would like to be able to see that each individual document has been approved when combined in the same tab.

Example: Monday a doc is uploaded into the MISC tab.  It is reviewed/approved.  Wednesday a doc is uploaded into the same MISC tab.  The doc that was reviewed Mon does not have any indication that it has been reviewed/approved so I end up reviewing Monday's document a second time.  A week later another doc is added - I review Monday's a third time and Wednesday's a second time.  

I am spending too much time re-reviewing documents.

Please add a "mark" or visual that an individual doc has been reviewed.
