I am with RE/MAX Alliance and we recently converted our transactions to Skyslope. I am still learning the process but one thing I have found that I miss compared to the other system we were using is the ability to "stage" a transaction.
Meaning, if I am working with a buyer, often we will have to submit several offers on different properties before actually going under contract. With our old system, I could create a file with the client name without yet adding an address so that I could send docs for e-signature. Then if the offer wasn't accepted, I could create an "archive folder" within the client name. Once we were under contract I would convert the file name to the address they were under contract for. I used Vault as my complete transaction manager, even before sending it for audit. Is this something down the road we might be able to do with Skyslope? Thank you.

Hey JoAnn,
Thanks for taking the time to provide this feedback. This is on our radar and we’re exploring many options including our new forms product where you can create files for your buyers. We understand that our system does not currently allow you to create files for offers. We have it on our product roadmap to address this issue. While we continue to work on solutions, we will monitor this post for up-votes/yes votes.
