In our area, assistants are heavily used. The agent wants to stay in the loop but they also want everything sent to the assistant.

Feature:

On the Agent Representing Other Side tab, consider relabeling "E-MAIL" to "AGENT E-MAIL" and add a new field below called "CC ASSISTANT E-MAIL".

If the "CC ASSISTANT E-MAIL" field has an email in it, the system will automatically CC the agent's assistant on all correspondence.

The other agent's assistant. The agent representing the other side needs an alternative email for their assistant as well.

Not sure about what Yes upvotes means, but it sure makes sense. If you do it for agents on one side of the transaction it just makes sense that the agents on the other side of the transactions would want it too. Thanks! :-)

Hey Bob,

In changing Agent Representing Other Side are you looking to include that agent's assistant or your own assistant?

If you want your own assistant to be copied on all of your notification and files, you can add their email as your Alternative Email ID. You will just need to click your name in the top right, click My Account then enter their email under the field "alternative email ID" this way they will always be CC'ed on your files, tasks, and notification.
