RequesterAloha,
I have figured out a work-around to create a custom email address - but it's a little backwards... I have to put client name under "street name" and street name under "street number" to get the email address to read: [email protected], save the transaction and then go back and change it.
It would be wonderful if you could add a feature that easily allows us to create a custom address for the transaction, so it's not a long list of numbers @skyslope.com
Thanks for your consideration.
With aloha,
Tanya

AgentHey Tanya,
Thanks for taking the time to provide us this feedback. I will definitely monitor this post for up/yes-votes on changing @skyslope.com property file emails to be more custom!
Currently, the reason we automatically generate property file @skyslope.com to read the street name and number is to ensure each property specific email is unique across all of our platform. That is the reason you will see some extra numbers added at times because we want to ensure your property-specific email address is uniquely yours and to avoid any accident of it being tied to another property file in some other person account! I hope you understand we do it for security reasons and that we do understand your wish to customize it. We will monitor this post :)
Thanks,
Jessey, SkySlope Product Manager
