RequesterPlease create a way for agents to be able to send a note via email to a specific admin. Currently, admins can click on the drop-down arrow next to Update Agent and send a note to the agent attached to a specific property via email. When need this ASAP in the opposite direction please.

RequesterDefinitely need this. Rather than relying on an external form of communication (Workplace, email, phone call) it would be more appropriate to direct communication via message integration. It would also keep all info, timeline, and corrections, stages in on place 'in the file.'
