Adding NOTES within the App

We've had a number of Brokers wanting to add "Notes" to there logs while on the road. Having this feature available in the App would be SUPER Handy, as they can record phone conversations or "talk type" the notes into their files immediately following the conversation.

How are agents currently capturing notes?
What notes do agents typically want to capture? What are these conversations about?
In the application, where would it be most useful for these notes to appear?
