Need to have a middle name/initial field when users input names of buyers and sellers.

Simple.

The name on the deed must match the driver's license or government-issued ID. And, those oftentimes include a middle name or initial. Or, when John David Smith wants to purchase a home and be separated from John Charles Smith, as an example.

Why is capturing middle initial/middle name important? How would you use the middle initial/middle name?
Where do you currently capture middle initial/middle name (first name, last name, or not capturing at all)?
