RequesterI would like a button from within the Listing / Pending Contacts Section to add a contact on the fly to the directory, and to add it to the company or the personal directory.
Thanks!

RequesterAdmin should have access to EVERY contact regardless of who enters the information in.

AgentHi Amy, Jen, and Heather!
Kylee from the Product team here at SkySlope. Thank you all for posting your feedback and suggestions here! Currently, in an admin account, if you enter a contact in the Contacts tab of a property file, the newly created contact will only save in the Directory of the agent on the file (as opposed to the admin's Directory). I've documented all your feedback and suggestions from this thread for our team to review. I'll also provide you with any updates once available.
Have a great day!

RequesterMore than one agent as well as their assistants and office that need to be "cc'd" too.

RequesterGreat ideas - and I agree with them all!
I'd also like to see them add multiple Agent entries to the "Other Agent" section, since there is sometimes more than one Agent on the other side.
Thanks for your input on this, Amy - hopefully our suggestions will pan out - SkySlope is usually very good about taking our suggestions and making them a reality - fingers crossed! :)

RequesterMakes total sense, Heather. Like, if there were a toggle at the bottom of the contact entry to choose "add to directory" or "save for future use" or whatever. Even if it's not people I use a lot, I'd like to have them in there for the future, and not have to remember to go back in to add them to the directory. I've even had different transactions with the same agent. If it would save the info the first time I put it in, I wouldn't have to re-enter next time. The other thing I'd like to see is the Notes part of the Contacts tab to transfer to the Directory (and there to be a Notes section in the Directory). If I have title or lender or agent peeps who have assistants who should be CC'd on all correspondence, I want that in the Notes, and I want it to pop up in the Notes every time I populate them into a Contact field.
That's not too much to ask, is it? haha

RequesterThat is exactly the reason for my suggestion, Amy. I just wish I didn't have to go to the directory to enter our common contacts, that it could just be entered directly from the transaction on the fly, and the preference for it to be private or shared with the company could also be selected at that time. Thank you for helping to explain it. :) I have not found a more efficient way to do it at this time.

RequesterIf I understand correctly, the issue is that if you are entering contact information into the Contacts tab, you can't recall that same contact in another file later, right?
I know that I've had that same experience. I enter the same people all the time (esp. title and lender peeps) in the Contacts tab, but cannot get them to come up when I'm in a new file, so then I have to open a new tab, go to my directory, add them there, and then go back to my original tab, refresh, and then I can auto-populate the info.
Is there something I could be doing differently to fix that myself?

RequesterI am still not able to pull up a returning Buyer and or Seller when I am entering their information. And yes, it would be nice to have a box as you are entering their information in, from the listing/transaction (not the directory), to share with the company.

RequesterAs an Admin who does the data entry into SkySlope for the Agents in our company, that is not my experience.

AgentThanks for the feedback, Jen.
I have tested this functionality and was able to search for contacts that were listed in the directory. If this is not your experience, please reach out to our support team and we will track this is a bug.
As Jessey mentioned, we automatically add contacts to the directory. When you say, "It would also be nice to flag the contact as to whether or not you want to share it with the company," do you want this flag so that these contacts are not automatically added?

AgentHey Jen,
Ah, I see, as an admin are you wishing you had access to your agent's directory? Currently, admins only have access to their own directory and only the broker account is able to share contacts with the entire brokerage. I can see how these features would be helpful for admins to have. Thank you for providing me clarity on this. We will monitor how many upvotes this feature gets!
Thanks again!

AgentHi Heather,
Thanks for taking the time to leave us this request! Whenever you enter in contacts on the Contacts Tab of a property file (whether its a listing or a pending transaction) those contacts will always be automatically added to your Directory. Let me know if you have any questions in regards to this.
Thanks,
Jessey, SkySlope PM

RequesterJessey, It has been my experience that they are entered into the directory but they do not come up when you type it in the search feature of the contacts (such as when you are entering a new transaction with a previous client). It would also be nice to flag the contact as to whether or not you want to share it with the company. From the Admin perspective it would be nice to have access to ALL contacts regardless of who puts them into the system.
