Hey Janet,

In SkySlope, only admins or brokers have the ability to close files. Once you have uploaded your documents to your property file, it is your admin or brokers responsibility to review and approve your checklist items, then close and archive your file for you.

From the sound of your situation, it appears you will need to reach out to your admin or broker to remind them to close the file for you in SkySlope. You have done all the steps on your end correctly!

I am looking for the answer to this question too.  I am looking to change the status to closed.  My transaction closed, funded, and disbursed.  I have changed the status in MLS to closed.  I do not see in Skyslope where to change the transaction to closed.  The transaction changed on its own to expired.  This is incorrect.
