I cannot see Create Listing and Create Transaction Link

My name is Abe Lee. I tried to login to Skyslope support and I got an error message stating that my password was incorrect. I got in before and couldn't figure out why my password would not work.

I am going through the video tutorial and I don't have Create Listing and Create Transaction link on my page. I have Documents to Review on my page and the tutorial page does not have Documents to Review.

they are also not in the same order on the tutorial page and my homepage. Why are the links missing?

Hi Abe,

This is Jessey from the Product team. Did you click the forgot password link to reset your password? Did Support help you resolve this part? For the second part, if you are seeing the Documents to Review icon on your main dashboard that is because you have an Admin account for reviewing files. What this means if your dashboard looks a little different than agents dashboard. To find Create Listing, click on Manage Listings and you will see the button in the top right. Same for Create Transaction, click on Manage Transaction and you will see the button in the top right. I've included a link to our admin training resources below!
