RequesterJust an FYI that per support, an admin does NOT get an email stating a checklist is completed, which is a bit bizarre. You can only set it that the agent gets an email once the file has been audited/approved, an admin can only get an email stating when documents get uploaded (individually, not collectively). Kind of odd and would be great in future if an agent could hit “submit” when done and then admin gets notified the checklist is ready for auditing! Thank you!

Thanks for taking the time to provide us this feedback! I have a solution for you in the meantime- If you click your name in the top right of SkySlope, then click My Account, then click the Notifications tab you can turn on the option to "EMAIL ME WHEN A CHECKLIST IS 100% COMPLETE" This will send you an email once the transaction checklist is 100% completed.
