RequesterIt would be super helpful for brokers/admin/agents to be able to click a button that would pull all the documents that have been uploaded to the checklist as a PDF file. This would eliminate the need for a transaction coordinator or office administrator to go into every line item, open the attachment and then print or save it. If it couldn't be saved as a single PDF it would be nice if it could just download all the files into a zipfolder so that the person pulling the info has it all in one place.

RequesterChristine, right now the only way is still through the Access Archives drop down menu. They have a helpful link to that article here: https://support.skyslope.com/hc/en-us/articles/212365357-How-to-Download-Share-Archived-Files
I haven't had to do this in a while, but I just tried it out to see how it worked. For a deal in which maybe the client only needs docs from the checklist (required) items I did the Checklist Documents option. It downloads it all into a zip folder as individual docs, so you're still stuck printing out individual pages but it makes it a little easier since they are all in once place. For a client or other person (maybe an auditor or the agent) that needs every single document, I tried it doing the All Documents option. Again it pulls them all as individual docs. I suppose if you have a version of Adobe that allows you to combine PDFs into one single PDF you could do that once they are all downloaded. But otherwise, the idea of it being pulled into one single PDF is still not available.
The other thing you can do, which I recently learned about, are bundled docs. Here is a link to that article: https://support.skyslope.com/hc/en-us/articles/224047527-How-to-Send-Bundled-Documents But of course, this will probably only work for those people who are ok with electronic copies of their documents!

RequesterBuyers asked for a bound hard copy and I am unable to generate a single pdf. Very frustrating to print 20 - 30 documents individually. Has there been an update to this? If so, I can't find it.
Thank you.

RequesterIn addition to what Samantha said, something we have run into in our office is during regular audits. In our state the auditor visits every 3 years and it is unannounced. When they come in they give us the addresses they would like to see and they need everything in the file printed out-they do not review anything digitally. So for us that was really difficult to go in and print every single thing one at a time-especially in what is a high stress time. If we had the availability to just hit a button and print everything associated with a file or download it all into a PDF and then print (including emails forwarded in) would really be an asset.

AgentHey Samantha,
Thanks for getting back to me. That makes perfect sense. I will monitor this post for the number of up-votes it gets in regards to having a download all for checklist document for all property files regardless of status.
Thanks so much,
Jessey, SkySlope PM

RequesterHi Jessey,
While a majority of our office is paperless thanks to Skyslope, we do find that older clients or clients that may be moving out of state will often prefer to have the file printed out as a hard copy. While it's great to know we can do that once it's archived, it doesn't help if our file auditor has not completed the file prior to the agent's request of a paper file. When the file is still in active, pending or expired status we have to go to each individual checklist document to open and then print it or save as a PDF. Hope this helps to explain a little further.

AgentHi Samanta,
We have a download all function that allows you to download all docs or all the checklist document of any Archived Transaction under the Access Archives section. To the right of each property file, you can select All Docs which download all documents uploaded to that file or Checklist docs which are only the documents attached to checklist items. Here is a link to the tutorial below:
https://support.skyslope.com/hc/en-us/articles/212365357-How-to-Download-Share-Archived-Files
I have some questions in regard to this request. Since SkySlope is intended to help brokerages go paperless while ensuring compliance, may I ask what your office's needs are for printing all the documents?
Thanks,
Jessey, SkySlope Product Manager

RequesterI like the idea of clicking on specific documents from the documents tab and being able to print. This would save a lot of time.
