You should have support window in the place where you are trying to fill out things. You have it that you have to close one window to open the other very hard that way.

We understand why having the support window on the same page in the application would be useful. A few follow-up questions for you:
Assuming we could get it on the same page, are you satisfied with how "Chat with Support" works now?
Would you say toggling back and forth between the application window and support window is the primary issue?
How important would you say it is it that Support knows what page you're on without asking?
