RequesterAs an Admin for our brokerage we frequently need to download files from active transactions. This function would be a huge time saver as the current method is laborious and dependent on the speed at which Skyslope is currently running at the time. This can vary greatly and at times is quite slow.

AgentThanks for your feedback, Jesi and Tracy!
So that I can better understand:
In terms of implementation, which of the following options would be acceptable? Which do you prefer, and why?
Option #1 Select documents and then choose an action, such as "Download All"
Option #2 Download documents from the Manage Transactions or Manage Listings page, similar to Access Archives
Option #3 Add a button above the documents to "Download All", which would download all files
Thanks again,
Carlo, Product Manager

RequesterApologies... missed some of your questions. Documents do not need to be renamed or organized in the zip file, short of the cancelled transaction file remaining separate from the active file. A simple download is all we require. Thank you again.

RequesterThank you Carlo. For my part, the current feature available in the Archived Files (Download either All or Checklist Documents) is workable for for us. This typically includes the documents, including any cancelled transactions connected with the file, the transaction summary and the lot. If there is something that should not be forwarded, we are able to remove it from the folder.
That said, a feature within the file to select specific documents for download, or the option to download all, including the transaction summary and log, would be an incredibly helpful feature. Just today, I had to separate out listing documents from a pending transaction to forward to a legal team. It would have saved me multiple email attempts and a full inbox if I'd had the ability to simply download the specific documents.
If I may provide any additional feedback, don't hesitate to contact me.

RequesterAs an Admin on our account, and an assistant to the Designated Broker, this is a feature I consider critical. Thank you for adding the option to the archived files, but it needs to be available on all files, including cancelled and active ones. When having to respond to subpoenas, the email feature isn't practical because of the size of most files. We need to be able to select multiple documents within the file and download a zipfile directly to our harddrive, or have the bulk download, including all documents like the option in archive. This is not the first request our company has made for this feature. Thank you for your consideration.

RequesterI agree!!!! There are plenty of time we will switch lenders or title companies. They of course want documents. It takes way to long to download individually. This would be a huge time saver.
