Is there a way to see all of your contacts so you can delete duplicate and/or inaccurate ones that show up multiple times for the same person in the drop-down menu (Under Escrow, Title and Lender). For instance, if I have used "Jane Doe" as an Escrow Officer on more than one occasion and each entry has different information, I'm having to click her name that is showing up three times until I find the correct one.

Would it be beneficial when you search to add a contact all contacts with that name are displayed as a list with their associated company/email/phone number?
Could it be helpful to have a contacts library for you to access when entering information for a file?

One thing I have found helpful for this (especially with title companies - as there may be several locations), in my directory, I label it "123 Title Services, City Name". That way I can select the correct location and have that address, phone and email populate.

We use skyslope as a company. Our agents do not use it as individuals to take care of their deals we upload and create transactions and manage all files.
We add contact info into our one main management account but because that is not a "brokers" account the info cannot be shared.
Basically That is really dumb.
The contact info we want to share is co op brokers info and or title company info most specifically.
Anyway your lock down of this information can be lifted so we can share across our company - one data entry and we all benefit.
This has been requested many many many times to customer svc rep and support team too..couple of us here as well --- add these to your list to roll out this year

You can view them, but you can't see the phone number associated with them. Just the email address. I vote for seeing all the contact info like the address and phone.
@Courtney- At the top right corner, click on your Name and click on My Account. Then go to the 4th tab called Directory. If you click on the name you can view all the info, but not at a glance. Also the search bar doesn't work very well.
For instance- I have Heidi in there multiple times. So if I add Heidi to the search bar, it shows 2 Heidi's, but you can't push search and see ONLY the Heidi's.
