RequesterThe folders section needs organization. Agents need to be able to sort folders alphabetically or arrange them with the newest folder at the top. When you currently add a new folder it goes to the bottom of the folder list. you have to drag it up to the top. The top folders are older clients that we don't use anymore. We need a system to be able to organize and sort the folders.

Just to clarify, are you referring to the folders within the Personal Docs section?
You mentioned that the top folders are older clients that you don't use any more. Would you want to delete this folder so you don't have to see it anymore? Or, would you prefer to keep it but just have it go to the bottom of the list?
We are currently testing concepts for improving client folders - I will reach out via email with details to see if you're interested in joining in. :)
