RequesterAs I spoke with Chris from support, I gave him my suggested modification and mentioned that it would be nice to be able to select contact members from the transaction first, then see a list of those who match...
So currently your when someone types a "t" in the to field, a list of those people who have a "t" in any part of name or email address come up.
What I propose is that the first 3 or 4 or 8 slots be those people/contacts that are in this transaction, thus giving the Realtors the visibility of the contacts in this specific transaction first. Then for all those others who match with a "t" show under a solid line. example below..
Transaction ABC123 has these following people
Tony White ([email protected])
Angela Cando ( [email protected])
Allen Funnyman ( [email protected])
Now go to documents, click on email. In the To field type a "t" (without quotes)
list shows
Tony White ([email protected])
Angela cando ( [email protected])
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This Other Person ([email protected])
Tragedy Befallen ([email protected])
Abigale Smalls ([email protected])

RequesterHi there Geoff,
Kris here from the UX Team at SkySlope. This is a great idea - thanks for sharing!
Is your main emailing from SkySlope use case to share documents with people involved the transaction? Are there other use cases where you use our email functionality? This will help me understand who (and what) you are messaging to surface the right people/information.
Personally, I am a fan of [email protected] :P
Thanks and looking forward to hearing back from you,
Kris
