RequesterIt would be very helpful if we could customize the buttons at the top of the page in the header - " Documents to Review" "Working Documents" "DigiSign"
I never use "Working Documents" or "DigiSign" and would find it much more helpful if my options were "Documents to Review" "Manage Listings" "Manage Transactions"

RequesterI to would LOVE the ability to add customized header buttons, it is cumbersome to always have to go back to the home button to get your full list of buttons and then go back in to whatever you were working on before. It's like a big circle.

AgentGotcha, so identifying the "next" file varies, sometimes it's by MLS number, other times it is to investigate why a file expired. Thank you, that is very helpful to know.

RequesterIt just depends on the day. Sometimes I am looking to see if the MLS number was entered. Sometimes I am looking through files based on status - why is the file expired. Other times I may be looking to see how many items on their checklist are incomplete.

RequesterYes, like Audrey I sort by different things at different times depending on what I need to manage at the time... and I completely agree that going back to the page you were on before you drilled into a transaction would be very helpful. As the broker admin of a large brokerage, I could have 50 or more pages that I am looking through. (If I have selected ALL offices I currently have 174 pages of transactions). Because there is no way to "jump to" a page (like page 15) I would have to click the next arrow 15 times to get where I need to be. Then if I drill into any transaction on page 15, I can't click "back" and go back to page 15. It takes me back to page one... and then i have to click "next" 15 times again to get back where I was in order to drill into the next transaction on page 15... and repeat as many times as necessary... then go to page 16...

AgentThank you Ssadmin and Audrey,
You two both gave me some really good context. I am going to repeat it back to make sure I understood correctly, and you two can expand on anything I may have missed.
Depending on your "role" the majority of your work is not reviewing documents on the checklist. You may be doing things like eliminating duplicate files, updating some information in the file, reviewing the property log, or canceling the file. All these things you can more easily do from Manage Transactions/ Listings. Is that about right?
And Audrey to your point about going back to page 6, it sounds like when you work you are just going down the list looking for the next file you need to work. So when you worked the first file you needed to on page 6, you want to be taken back to page 6 to jump on the next file. How do you know what file to work on next once you are back to page 6?

RequesterI work mostly on Manage Transactions - Correcting contract prices/ commissions/ closing dates/ buyers & sellers names/ adding notes to the file for our BIC/ looking for "missing" documents on the checklist in the documents tab

RequesterBecause you have limited "roles" not everyone that has an admin role reviews documents, and therefore would never click "documents to review". Speaking for myself, I am usually providing support. I have to go into the Manage Transactions or Manage Listings dashboards (or others) to find specific transactions/listings. We sometimes have the problem of duplicate transactions or listings being added, so it helps me to look at the list of transactions to see if one is expired perhaps, etc. From there, I may have to go into the transaction and review log notes or look at the checklist, etc. Once I am done with that file, it would be helpful if I had a shortcut to go back to the Manage Transactions or Manage Listings Dashboard so that I can find the next transaction that I need to investigate, rather than clicking on the logo, going back to the main dashboard, and then clicking on the Manage Transactions icon again (too many clicks). I do this all day long so the clicks add up. I do sometimes use Documents to Review, so I wouldn't replace that one, but I never use working documents or digisign. I'm sure that is different for everyone that uses SkySlope, so the suggestion above of a customizable shortcut button (or two) sounds great.
