It would be a great help if agents are able to have the function of adding items to a checklist on individual transactions. This would help when there are documents added to the file that are not on the checklist.

I agree. An agent/tc should be able to click a button that says "add document" to a checklist already in progress. I think there might be a button like that on the broker/file reviewer side, but not on the agent side.

JoAnn,
Buck, VP of Product here at SkySlope, thank you for your suggestion!
We will be monitoring the forum for yes/up-votes on this topic. Typically Brokers and Admins want to keep tight control of the checklist so adding this capability could be tricky; however, if we get enough votes on this we will figure it out!

No, but this is good info to keep in mind.
We want the agents to be able to add items to the checklist, for example when an unusual form is added to the contract that is not on the master checklist.

Our broker was able to add sections that are unique to our city. Like we are here where the Large Campfire destroyed the Town of Paradise so we have a Campfire Checklist and here are a few other for our city of Chico.
Like the City of Chico Retro Cert or the Town of Paradise Clearance.
Is this what you mean?

We do have the Miscellaneous sections, however we would like them agents to add documents to the checklist that might not be on the master list.

Our broker added a Miscellaneous to both the listing section and the escrow section for this purpose.

Maybe yours can do that in house...
