Create an option to create:

Pre-Listing file – Converts to listing

Pre-Buyer agency file à converts to transaction

This would be easier than using working docs as that only receive attachments and many emails are important to just be able to forward to the file and have them for when it becomes a transaction

John here. This sounds like an interesting request. I have a few questions to get a better understanding of what you're looking for.

What are you doing with the pre-listing/ pre-transaction emails currently?
What do you do with those emails once you do have a listing or a transaction?
What do you do with those emails if you and the client don't move forward to the point of creating a listing or a transaction?
What information do you have when you are pre-listing/ pre-transaction?
