Checklist Notes

As an admin, I would like the ability to drag and drop the checklist notes (just as I can drag and drop the stages) to arrange them in  a specific order. Once arranged in a specific order, I would like them to show up in the dropdown box in that same order. For example, If I have a specific message that I would like to "update agent" with on the initial review, I would like that to show up as the first template to select... before the specific message I wrote for a mid-review or a final review, etc.
