Please put the property tab on the listing--if it is our listing it will carry over to the transaction. It seems odd that we can not enter all that info until we are under contract.

So when I do a listing I get all the HOA info and have no place to put it until after we are under contract. I was hoping it would be something we can enter at the time we enter a listing since it is about the home we are selling-size and HOA info. I contact the HOA when I list the home Then provide that info to a buyer and to title/escrow. This would make that process quicker as my admin would already have it and not have to wait for me to enter it. I am not sure how it gets used in a transaction if the agent is not the listing agent. Our buyer agents never need to enter that info.

Hi Robin,
Buck, VP of Product here at SkySlope. Thank you for taking the time to submit a suggestion!
Can you shed some more details how you would use this information on the listing and how this change would be a benefit?
Or is this suggestion primarily around convenience when creating a listing?
