RequesterWhen you send an email to a transaction png files are automatically added to the documents folder. Title companies, home warranty companies, property management companies, etc etc etc often have these image files as part of their signatures. Given that you can't sort or file documents in the documents folder, this clogs things up even more.

We have been researching solutions for improving file management in the documents folder. One concept is to have these images automatically route to an "images" folder which will reduce clutter. Are there situations where this could cause issues?
Are there other enhancements you believe will improve usage of the documents folder?
