Creating Listings

Why do I have to select an office when creating listings with Skye? I have already selected my agent. If they are assigned to only one office, I should not have to select the office again. If they are assigned to more than one office, i should only see options of offices that they are assigned to. If I have to select an office, then the list of offices should at least be in alphabetical order. We have a long list of offices to choose from.

Great suggestions Ssadmin - thank you for your feedback! :) Our initial release did not include cross referencing the agent with the office. I see why this would save you a lot of time. I have let our Senior Product Manager know so we can add a story to our backlog. 

To summarize:

  • If an agent only belongs to one office, bypass the office selection screen. 
  • If an agent belongs to some offices, show only the ones they belong to. 
  • Offices in alpha order would save you time finding the right office to select


Just out of curiosity, what is the maximum amount of offices an agent at your brokerage belongs to? This will give me a sense of how many you might have to dig through assuming we did filter to only the ones they do belong to.
