Seperating Documents by Listing or Transaction

We spend a lot of time going though the document list to find docs to send to our title company or releases to send to our admins to process. It's really hard to find anything in the list with docs for both sides. Since a lot of the same docs are required for both listings and contracts they have the same names so you have to open each up to see what they are.

I don't mind the preview being there, but it is too small! Please make it bigger. I understand you can zoom, but it would be nice if it can just default to a larger size.

Thanks for suggestion Mike. We will take that into consideration. We don't have current roadmap plans for this but will be watching in case this gets up-votes and we will revisit.

Hi Buck, I find the preview annoying at best. The preview is too small to view the docs and it always pops up when I don't want it to. What would be great is to have document categories such as Transactions Docs and Listing Docs and maybe order them by assigned or unassigned.

Do you find the preview helpful in this case? Do you have a suggestion to improve? Documents with the same names does make this problematic and there does not appear to be a clear cut solution.
