Cannot Delete Seller Contact

I accidentally put my Buyers' info in the Seller contact form. I went to try and delete the second Seller space as there is only one Seller and now I cannot. I have to add "N/A" in both the first and last name. Now everything I create will prepopulate that info.

Please make it so we can delete Seller 2 if necessary. I assume this is the same with Buyer 2 as well.

Boosting this request. We should have the ability to delete a contact.

Agreed Julia. The action of adding and removing a contact should be captured in the LOG. That should meet any legal/compliance issues. The LOG should clearly show who added the contact, the contact's name, the name of the person that added/removed them along with the date and time.

I agree with this comment but that this feature should also be extended to any contact that was accidentally added, or that changed, including attorneys. The response I was given from chat when I asked if I could remove a second attorney was:

"For legal/compliance reasons, we do not have a way to remove the contact once it's been entered. However, if your brokerage allows, you could change the required fields for the additional contacts to something such as "NA" or "Not Required" by clicking the Edit button and then clicking Save. I suggest reaching out to your brokerage to confirm what their policy/best practice is on this as well."

I'm not sure how overwriting the contact with N/A is somehow less legal than removing the contact all together? The contact is still being removed, it just makes it more confusing when looking at the file. The answer I was given doesn't make sense to me and this feature should absolutely be added. Clients change their minds and transactions change all the time. This system should allow for this.

I've added this as a request too! We would also like to be able to delete the mistakenly added buyers/sellers.

I agree.  There are a number of times where a buyer may be removed from an offer, etc. It would be great if we could delete contacts instead of putting a . or na in required fields. This just congests the transaction summary when printed out.

Hi Taylor,

Buck, VP of Product at SkySlope. Thank you for taking the time to submit a suggestion!

I discussed this with my Support team and your current method or putting a "." in each field are the current workarounds. Unfortunately there isn't currently a way to delete the 2nd contact.
