We have the need to move all agents and auditors that are in a particular office to another office. Unfortunately we MUST do this one agent/auditor at a time, slowly and painfully. Then we can delete the office.
It would be great if we could just delete the office and get a prompt that said "Which office would you like to move the agents to", we choose an office and it is done. Anyone in multiple offices could just lose the deleted office.
It would also be great to be able to go into an office's agent list, select all of them, and move all (or just multiple) to a different office in one step. Doing it agent by agent is slow and laborious. Especially when we have to move the termed agents too.

Hi Ryan,
Unfortunately, there is not a simpler solution planned in the near future. We are aware the larger office moves or merges are not optimal and continue to consider solutions as we look for more yes/up-votes for this feature request.

We have decided we want to merge two groups of 6 offices into 2 different offices. This will bring our SkySlope "Offices" in line with our actual brokerage structure. This also means that ALL accounts in any of the 12 offices will have to be moved in order to remove the old offices from our system. This should alleviate future need to move large amounts of agents from offices, but means we have a massive task ahead to get this project completed.
If you think there could be a simpler solution in place in the near future we will wait and see if that helps. If not, I suppose we will painstakingly move each account individually.

Hi Ryan,
Buck, VP of Product again.Thank you for taking the time to submit a suggestion!
I can see how this suggestion would save time and effort. How often do you need to move one or more agents? I see that as much more common than moving all agents from one office to another.

Our agents move around between managers at a decent rate, but usually not more than a few per week. We also have people who join another office and have to be moved relatively often. This is the first time we have had to do a massive one, as our Senior Sales Manager is retiring, another Sales Manager is taking over for him, and her agents are moving to other managers. We also recently added 2 new Sales Managers, so agents are being moved all over the place, which has turned out to be a nightmare. Having to go into each agent to move them is going to take a fair amount of time.
The bigger issue I am dealing with is with Deactivated agents. The sales manager who is becoming the senior sales manager has been a manager for a long time and has had MANY agents deactivate over the years. Now, to delete her office, I have to move those agents out of her office, but first I have to reactivate them, then move them, then deactivate them, all one at a time, then once ALL are moved, I can delete the office. This is incredibly cumbersome.
