RequesterAre there others who have asked this question? Why is Skyslope able to create a Transaction Summary and not a Listing Summary since the data is also filled out for the Listing?
I'm the Office Admin and I do use the Transaction Summary, and just as important, I also use the Listing Sheet that we must have Skyslope make fillable and upload for us, at a cost to us. The problem is, our agents consistently will fill in the Listing Sheet without first saving it to their computer and as a result, it is not able to be opened. I am weary of explaining this and am baffled that Skyslope is not able to "fix" the missing Listing Summary... I am curious as to why this is not generated like the Transaction Summary is generated...
Here is the response that I received from Support: "I am not sure why there are only summaries available for the transaction. I can contact our developers and ask them why they only have the summary implemented for transactions if you would like?"
My response: "Yes please, I would love that! and Thanks."
Finally I received this response from Support, after being told that my request was to go from "Open" to "Closed"... "Thanks for getting back to us. We agree with you - it definitely would be beneficial to have a Listing Summary along with the Transaction Summary. Unfortunately, it just seems to be something that our Product team has never thought about implementing. It's not that it's "missing" exactly; that's just something that we never had available."
Ok, so how many of you Skyslope users and admins would like for Skyslope to make our life easier by implementing a Listing Summary? If so, please let them know... Thanks much!

RequesterI absolutely agree: we're trying to go paperless, but if there's on piece of paper you want on hand it's a quick summary of the parties to the listing (not just the transaction), and the basics of the listing. I save photos of the transaction Summary onto my phone so that I can easily access the basics no matter where I am.
