RequesterThere is no visual differenciation between assigned tasks. Can they be a different color so you can easily see which tasks are for you (the admin) and which tasks are for the agent?

AgentHello Lisa and Gilmourlead,
Buck, VP of Product here at SkySlope, thank you for your suggestion!
It sounds like making the default view is "My Tasks and Reminders" could be a simple solution. We will monitor this one for "yes/up-votes"!

RequesterI agree with Lisa. My problem is that when I go to my tasks under a file, it shows EVERYONE's taks. So EACH time i have to click the toggle to change it to just MY tasks. This should be the default tab. I assume other people are taking care of their tasks and I don't need to see them.
This caused a problem today, it was brought to my attention that I apparently marked a task done days ago, which was VERY similar to a task of my own. So the other person didn't do their task, which was sending commission agreement to escrow!

AgentHi Lisa - We do have a view filter that allows you to sort from ALL to just assigned to you. Would this be what you are looking for? If not can you provide more context to your workflow?
