AgentHi there Gilmourlead!
Kris here from the SkySlope UX Team. Thanks a bunch for your feedback and detailed explanation. I totally understand why you would want to upload the same image/pdf to multiple checklist items especially if it's required 3 different times. This is something I have also heard from other clients.
I have notified the lead product manager and added this suggestion to our SkySlope development backlog.
Thanks again and please let me know if you have any other questions :)

RequesterSo I feel like this hasn't been completely worked out yet.
My problem is that, our broker wants us to ask 3 times for a document from the other side of the transaction before giving up. So I have to upload 3 pdf's of the gmail requests and the document signed by our side from dropbox to skyslope. So in total I have to upload 4 items to 1 checklist name.
The problem is that I have to click each one and upload each one INDIVIDUALLY. I wish I could just push the CTR button and grab 4 documents from dropbox, then push upload.
Also if the items are in the documents section, then we can only assign them to a checklist item once.
You can see from the uploaded image, in this escrow, the agent was terrible at returning items. So by the close of escrow he still had all these items out. So I had a lot of checklist items as "incomplete". I had to upload the 3 emails and my client signed document = 4 uploads for ALL 14 OF THESE incomplete! Because you can't assign a document to more than one checklist item. I had to upload 14x4=56 pdf's from dropbox.
And this is not an isolated incident. Some agents in our area are not good at providing docs. Thats why we have this rule. If we can find a way to upload multiple docs at one time that would be great.
