I think it would be very helpful if there was a notification option that would allow Admins to receive a notification when a transaction is closed in SkySlope.

Hi Tyler. It would be helpful to know when a file is closed in SkySlope so I, as an admin, know when it is appropriate to distribute the agents commission check. Their check is not given out unless everything is accounted for and when their file is closed by the file reviewer. In the meantime, I am emailing our file reviewer to ask if I can distribute checks for every transaction but we feel that once he deems a file "closed" it would be helpful to get a notification from SkySlope so I know that he has closed the file. Thanks!

Elaina - Thanks for the quick response and follow up. This answers my question.
I may reach out to you for more of an understanding of the process. Maybe you can help me out here; as an admin, why would you want to be notified if a property has closed? Is there an action for you to take?

Hi Tyler,
Closed meaning, when the file reviewer marks the transaction as being "completed" after all documents have been uploaded and as escrow is now closed the file is now complete. I hope that clarify's my question.

Hi Elaina - I have a follow-up question to your request. I am assuming that your role in SkySlope is "Admin" and that you want to be notified when a property closes. Can you define the term "closed" for me? Are you referring to when the deal actually closes? When the broker/admin clicks on "Escrow now closed"? When the agent thinks it has closed?
