It would be great to "pin" documents under Personal Documents, when they come back from being Digisigned, so that way the agents can reuse those documents - verses assigning and the document disappearing then having to upload over and over.

This makes alot more sense now. I will bring this up with our product team and we will get a solution in the backlog.

The template wouldn't fix it - and we do know that the "office docs" allows the documents to stay put. But when an agent is working on a 15- 20 lot subdivision - it would be easier if they had the capability to reuse their documents over and over from personal docs - versus having the brokerage scan it in - because some times the agent doesn't want certain documents available to the whole office, but they would need them in multiple files.

But I see where your coming from..

Hi Janelle - I think I understand what you are referring to here. You are trying to have permanently saved documents to your personal documents correct?

1. DigiSign allows you to save templates, have you taken a look at this? You would save a "template" of any DigiSign already sent, completed or otherwise, for quick and easy use next time. You'd just fill in the new/different data over the document that was stored from the previous time.

2. Another possible solution is to have your brokerage save them int he "Office Docs" these can be used by an agent and signed through DigiSign, and it doesn't leave office docs. This would allow for it to be used as the original for repeat/future use.

Let me know if this would be a solution to what you are looking for. Happy to jump on a screen share to help demonstrate what I am referring to.
