Please revise the Title/Escrow/Attorney sections of Contacts. As constructed, these sections are vague for users in Vermont. Vermont is an attorney state as opposed to a title state. Therefore, both the buyer and seller choose an attorney. The escrow agent can be one of the attorneys or a brokerage, and the closing agent is most often the buyer's attorney but can be a notary in the presence of an attorney, usually the buyer's attorney.
It would be helpful to have each role have a separate tab and if that role is not a player in that state then a "N/A" box to check could be added if each role is required to have an entry.
