One of the features our agents love in SkySlope is being able to easily email documents to clients, vendors, or the other agents, directly out of SkySlope. The concern is these emails are not encrypted, and many agents upload un-redacted documents to SkySlope, which are then emailed out without encryption. This is a huge risk to client data, especially in today's society. Our parent company is making all our companies, and our vendors, increase our/their Cyber Security protocols to ensure we keep client data safe, and this won't meet the standards. We really need the option to encrypt emails coming from SkySlope.

I second this statement. With the increase in wiring instruction fraud manifested by cyber criminals monitoring unencrypted email traffic, transmittal of these documents in-the-clear is a significant risk, and I would hope SkySlope would take this as seriously as our industry does by address these compliance issues before a major breach occurs.
