Limited TC access Modifications

Our company has multiple locations throughout california and within each office, many of our agents don't share the same T.C. and hire different T.C.'s to help them with their transactions. Would you guys be able to create a feature that would only give certain T.C.'s access to only certain Agents or Teams instead of only giving us the option for T.C.'s to be able to manage an entire office as like i stated before many of our agents don't hire the same T.C. throughout the entire office and i don't want just any T.C. within our system to be able to have access to create a Transaction file on an Agents account that has turned on the tab "allow T.C. access that has not hired that specific T.C.
